Princeton University Dormitory Accommodation
Housing is available in Princeton University dormitories during the EEID conference. We can accommodate participant arrivals starting on Sunday June 9, 2019. All participants must check-out no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday June 13, 2019. Check-in and check-out procedures will be sent to dormitory guests.
Reservations must be made before 11:59 PM on Wednesday May 15, 2019 using this booking link. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completing this registration.
For Air Conditioned Dormitory Rooms the rate is $67.00/person/night. For Non-Air Conditioned Dormitory Rooms the rate is $55.00/person/night (keep in mind fans will not be provided). All dormitories are a 10-15 minute walk to the conference facilities.
Princeton Theological Seminary
Single rooms with shared bathroom are available at a rate of $70/night. The Princeton Theological Seminary is a 15-20 minute walk to the conference facilities. There are 15 rooms available from Monday, June 10th – Thursday, June 13th. To book a room please use Group ID#110426 and follow this link.
Nassau Inn
This hotel is in the historic town of Princeton and a 10-15 minute walk from the conference facilities. A limited number of rooms may be obtained at the conference rate ($155/night). Numerous hotels and other forms of lodging are available in the Princeton area. The Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau offers an accommodations page on its website. **Many hotels are located on US Route 1 and require a car in order to get to campus.
